Adventure Manager

The scoring and photo tool for checkpoint-based events.

Adventure Manager is for hosts and instructors, not players. It handles checkpoint management, team scoring, instructor chat, and photo capture for physical events with rotating stations.

No app download - instructors join via link, and you can launch with nothing pre-defined and let instructors create checkpoints and teams on the spot.

Checkpoint management:

• Define checkpoints in advance or let instructors set them up
• Add instructions, coordinates - works indoors and outdoors
• Multiple instructors per checkpoint for large events
• Instructors can swap their checkpoint assignments

Team scoring:

• Pre-define teams or let instructors enter them when teams arrive
• Monitor progress in real time
• Last score always applies, so mistakes are easy to fix

Instructor tools:

• Join via link, no download
• Group chat between instructors and host
• Built-in stopwatch and timer
• Scoring independent of timer
• Camera that auto-uploads photos tagged with checkpoint and team

Display:

• Presenter mode for TV/projector
• Standalone leaderboard and photo gallery

Built for: event hosts, adventure companies, workshop facilitators, corporate training programs - anyone running physical checkpoint-based events.

Not built for: player-facing gameplay, team formation, or hybrid/virtual events. This is a backstage management tool for offline adventures.
